We are looking for new and experienced RBTs to provide in-home, in-school, and in-center services! Step Forward ABA provides Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services in the Broward county area and beyond. You will work together with a highly motivated and collaborative team to gain hands-on experience and direction to achieve your professional and clinical goals. Who we are looking for?

We are looking for either a full-time or part-time RBT to join our team. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, motivated, ambitious, and potentially looking to transition to a Lead role or even a Student Analyst role in the future. Must be willing to travel from client to client depending on caseload.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in restructuring environments and activities to support the clients’ behaviors
• Teaching skills that allow the individual to communicate and/or function more effectively
• Review behavior plans and other instructional materials developed by behavior analysts
• Facilitate consistent implementation of the behavior plan, and monitor outcomes.
• Implementing behavioral procedures for acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviors
• Data collection as prescribed by a recipient’s behavior analysis service plan
• Communicate openly with behavior analysts and regional coordinator
• Complete daily progress notes related to implementation of the intervention plan

Qualifications

• A high school diploma
• RBT Certificate Required
• Experience is a plus
• Spanish Speaking is a plus
